Graphic that says: I want to see a nation that embraces its PEOPLE. Teaching is activism.

Practicing within a community is one of the most powerful ways to remain inspired in the work of education and activism.

The Educator Conference for Human Connection is a recent example of my commitment to bringing educators together.

The mission of the Educator Conference for Human Connection is to rehumanize educators and provide them with experiences of playfulness, connection, belonging, and joy, and to inspire them to create similar experiences for their students and colleagues.

The agenda was packed with exploration, skill sharing, student performances, art, drumming, dance, and, most importantly, connection. The ripples from this weekend live on in our schools and communities!

Bringing people together is my superpower. If you want to launch, join, or support an educator community but don’t know where to begin, let’s talk!
